Built with pride. Backed by service.
For more than 30 years, Opto-Alignment Technology, Inc. has been a recognized leader in optical instrumentation — manufacturing ultra-precision alignment, assembly, and inspection systems for optics ranging from the visible to the infrared spectrum, all built and supported right here in the USA.
Complete opto-mechanical solutions
Our flagship Laser Alignment & Assembly Station (LAS™) achieves sub-micron centering precision using advanced illumination, machine vision, and computer automation — the same active-alignment core behind every system we build.
We provide complete solutions for opto-mechanical design, ultra-precision machining, and system manufacturing & assembly, and we're committed to meeting — and exceeding — our customers' expectations by listening to their needs and understanding their objectives.
Leadership team
The people steering Opto Alignment's engineering, growth, and customer relationships.
Guy Pearlman
A second-generation leader continuing his father's legacy in optical solutions, Guy brings a background in large-scale development — including post-Hurricane Katrina rebuilding efforts in Louisiana and work with the Scottish government on green-community standards — to how he leads Opto Alignment today. As CEO, he keeps the company focused on expanding its photonics and metrology markets across the globe.
Jordan Hall
Jordan holds a BSME and MSME from Georgia Tech and brings two decades of metrology systems experience, with multiple patents in metrology systems and lens design. Before joining Opto Alignment in 2022, he developed high-precision systems at CIBA Vision (now Alcon) and FLIR Systems. He now leads engineering, R&D, and manufacturing.
