Three fundamental principles guided the development of the Lens Handler™:
1) Hands-free, rotational motion of an optical element allows for the most convenient and effective contact cleaning of a precision surface.
2) Cleaning, painting, and assembling optical components with one table-top machine eliminates clumsy handling of optics.
3) Vacuum with Delrin® suction cups (1/2-20 connection standard; sizes from 10-50mm standard) provides the cleanest and safest way to pick-up, hold, and transfer delicate optics.
